Get in Shape! A great new years resolution.
People spend hundreds of millions of dollars buying gym memberships and fitness equipment this time of year in preparation for their new years resolutions but you dont have to. Getting in shape doesnt require money, just knowledge and dedication and this video will put you on the road to fitness.
In this video I will show you how to achieve your new years resolution of losing weight and getting stronger with a simple 30 minute home workout. This video assumes that you have no experience with fitness or weightlifting so dont worry, we are not going to use any intimidating equipment. You will feel better and have more energy after your very first workout!
OK, now for our workout, there are only three exercises – crunches for abs, pushups for chest, shoulders and triceps, and pullups for lats and biceps. And dont worry, if you cant do a single pushup or pullup I will show you how you can get started and build up your strength. This workout is for everyone, no matter how out of shape you are. You probably did these three exercises back in PE as a kid, but I’m going to show you how to do them correctly so you dont get injured.
On Monday/Wednesday/Friday do 15 minutes of cardio and this 15 minute workout. On the other four days of the week, do 30 minutes of cardio.

Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

everyday i at school i eat a chicken and rice burrito for breakfast, a pizza stuffed sandwich, a bagel with cream cheese and jelly,or bites and hash browns along with a fruit and a small carton of school sized apple juice.
then for lunch i usually eat a rice bowl with some sort of chicken (orange, terryakki (sp?), kung pao) , or 2 mini cheese burgers, or "chicken box" (contains about 5 chicken nuggets and a some cajun potatoe wedges) with ketchup, or a soft taco, or a beef and cheese burrito..all with an orange and apple juice.
when i get home..for dinner
i always eat some sort of asian food. rice, noodle, whatever..
hence im asian..(:
and during the day i usually have little snacks in between such as granola bar, or chips.
my question is..
why the heck am i so skinny even though i eat like a pig everyday ._______.
i know i know i know..
fast metabolism and..asian genes..but seriously a metabolism that fast?
i do play sports..tennis..everyday for at least 2 hrs.

some people say i dont look 100 lbs..they say i look 89 ._. but thats cus i have more muscles than fat so i weigh more than i look.
Well, you are eating to fast so when u eat 2 fast it just stays in your stomach until u poop it out so…. what you should do is eat slower exerice and plus+ asians are little and most of the time healthy and skinny. Some of them can be Strong and others can be weak its just we are diffrient people get use 2 it…. THATS THE REASON WHY UR SO SKINNY… thank you for the time.
im 16, 5′2 and 115lbs. i work out a lot and i have a personal trainer but i am still chubby. winter track is starting monday. i have to run 2 miles everyday but sundays. i will also strength train at my gym 2 or 3 days a week depending on my track workout schedule.
for eating, i really want to do the lemon cleanse for 10 days. i feel tired and groggy. i feel bloated and chubby too. my mom did the detox and felt great after.
after the cleanse i’m going eat very light, only fruits and dark green veggies. eventually i’ll re-incorporate the foods i plan to eat regularly, lots of fruits, veggies, and fiber: basically fruit for breakfast, popcorn for a morning snack, turkey wrap (like turkey, cheese and a little salad in a brown tortilla) for lunch, fruit for afternoon snack and salad for dinner. i usually eat 1300 calories a day now, i’m trying to bring it down to 1250.
i don’t know if it matters, but at my gym i recently got my measurements and other tests done. my measurements are 33-27-34, my bmr is 1250, and my body fat percentage is 19%. this is weird because last year my bmr was 1310, my body fat % was 17, and i was about 114 and this was when i first started working out.
i really want to get my body fat percentage down to 15, or to be anywhere from 101-105. i want to lose some weight or at least tone up; get rid of the flub on my tummy, thighs and arms. if i follow this routine (at least until june when track stops) will i lose weight? if so how much?
also any other tips or advice for weight loss and toning will be very appreciated. thanks so much for taking the time to answer 
Weight is just a number. seriously. your plan is good, and i bet you anything that you’ll definitely tone up and gain muscle. but you have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat, and by toning, you’ll gain the muscle in return. so don’t feel dismayed when you don’t weigh one oh five pounds. muscle is GOOD. it burns the fat. good luck

This is Day 4 of a daily blog/vlog of a program I put together to lose 15lbs in 3 weeks.
The body burns fat 3 times faster when incorporating strength training into the program. For breakfast on:
Day 4 I had a 2 egg whites, some turkey bacon and a whole wheat waffle. For lunch I had fish sandwich and for dinner I had lean steak and brown rice.
For my two snacks I had a few a banana, some crackers, and a protein drink. I usually toggle back and forth between water and gatorade when replenishing the loss electrolytes in the body.
NOTE: It’s very important to eat according to your body type and weight, NOT MINE. Calorie intake should be as follows. Multiply your body weight time 10 and that’s the amount of calories you should intake to maintain a certain weight. for example if your goal is to be 120lbs you you should only eat 1,200 calories a day. Now this does not factor in the extra calories needed for daily energy exertion. for more on this “google it!”
