Fat Jon & Sonic Brown are Beautiful Killing Machine, both which are members of Five Deez and they formed this group. All tracks on the album are produced by Sonic Brown and co-produced by Fat Jon. If Fat Jon’s on it, you should know you’ll expect some great music, and no doubt they didn’t fail to impress me. This album reminds me of Fat Jon’s old albums like Afterthought.

Last Monday (Jan 4th), I started a diet. I want to lose around 2 pounds a week. I figured up that I need to be eating around 1200 calories, most days I eat a little less, around 1100. I am 5′3", and currently weight 149 (I was 155 when I started). Every day I have felt full and satisfied, but I have people telling me I need to eat more because my metabolism will slow down. I don’t want to eat more, I feel like I eat plenty. My normal menu is usually something like this, for breakfast I will have either a 2 egg omelette, or like a grapefruit and toast with sugar free jam. Lunch is either progresso light soup or a sandwich, or a 6" and light Lays from Subway. Around 3 or 3:30 I have the munchies, so I will have a piece of fruit or a low fat fudgesicle or something like that, something under 100 calories. Dinner is baked chicken, brown rice and steamed broccoli, or something else around 500 calories, usually including chicken and veggies. I feel this is a healthy way to eat, but I don’t want to mess myself up. Any help?
Sounds like you’re doing just fine. You seem to consume all major food groups several times per day – which is the key to healthy eating. The main thing is to listen to your body. If you feel full and believe that you’re eating enough, then you probably are. Eating habits vary for every individual, so someone who doesn’t really know your lifestyle or eating habits cannot accurately determine if you’re eating enough or not.
The only other thing that I would recommend is taking some sort of multivitamin with your morning meal.

Brek- Porridge with skimmed milk or toast with low fat spread (200kcals)
Lunch- Ham sandwich using brown bread and low fat spread, a low fat yogurt and an apple (400Kcals)
Tea- Healthy meals such as Jacket potato with tuna and salad. (Around 600Kcal)
Evening snack- Apple or small bowl cereal (up to 250Kcal)
I walk a fair way every day, go on my wii fit and do exercise videos around 2x a week, how come im not losing any weight!!?? And is there a way to boost my weight loss? Thanks(:
I would suggest NOT using Wii fit for exercise, while it is a fun "game" it is a fitness joke. Weight loss and fitness require diet and exercise. Try joining a swim club or practising a martial art for some great exercise.
