			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My teachers have said I am beautiful before, and my history teacher recently said I should be photogenic. I am about two inches from six feet. I have an athlete&#8217;s metabolism (too bad I am a bookworm, lol (: ), so I don&#8217;t necessarily &quot;get fat&quot;. I am African American, and most of the time my skin looks pretty good &#8211; I don&#8217;t get pimples, my eyebrows have a nice arch, my lips are full but aren&#8217;t too big. Plus, I have my mother&#8217;s birght brown eyes and my fathers long, curly lahses.  I do have scars but most of them are faded &#8211; if not they are in odd positions (inner thighs, crook of elbow, etc.). I wear glasses, but it&#8217;s not like I would be blind without them. My teeth are offset but people still love my smile. I&#8217;m not sure if it matters but my butt isn&#8217;t the biggest around and my chest is ok. I am also currently taking a Spanish class and my pronunciation is pretty good if I do say so myself.</p>
<p>P.S. &#8211; I am thirteen years old, I was just wondering if I could make the cut becuase my momma has repeatedly said that I could be a model.</p>

Brown rice is better than eating white rice, and if you fancy it, you should eat it, but just measure it out, or make sure you just don&#8217;t eat the whole thing! With regards to the fat &#8216;of which saturates&#8217; this is the one you need to be looking at rather than the &#8216;Fat&#8217; content. The fat of which saturates is what will &#8217;stick to you&#8217; as such! 0.2g is good! If your supposed to have around 20g a day that&#8217;s not doing so bad! Good luck &#8211; p.s I always think you should have what you want in moderation. If you fancy brown rice tonight, maybe tomorrow, make sure you have salad instead of carbs? Just a suggestion! Keep it up xx</p>

<p>Dinner: (about 1 cup) of brown rice, (very small amount of olive oil used), with broccoli, carrot, corn and chicken.</p>
<p>Snack: 1 slice of whole-meal grain toast with nutella spread (dw, not alot of nutella.)</p>
<p>Additional: about 8 small squares of chocolate (was desert night)</p>
<p>Water: about 4 bottles of water (pretty good size bottles)</p>
<p>Exercise: 10 Minutes (hard) Dancing, 40 Minutes jogging/walking, and 1hr 12 minutes of bike riding (on a pretty high gear, riding pretty fast)</p>

<p>This is not to bad however I will, if i may, had a few suggestions.</p>
<p>The exercise is great &#8211; but don&#8217;t overdo it.</p>
<p>Water is great also</p>
<p>Dinner is fine</p>
<p>Snacks OK &#8211; I would ditch the Muesli Bar and have a fruit serve at am snack time.</p>
<p>Breakfast &#8211; you are getting some protein in the milk but I would have eggs or porridge or smoothie with some fruit and raw nuts (8) for breakfast. This will really keep you going until lunch.<br />
Special K should be a &#8217;sometimes&#8217; food as with most pre packaged cereals.</p>
<p>The Lunch is the main problem.<br />
To get more veggies in your day try having a large green salad here with a small amount of protein &#8211; fish, chicken, lamb, beef, beans, chickpeas seafood.<br />
Healthy fats are important so a little bit of olive oil is good &#8211; put it on your lunch time salad with some balsamic vinegar.</p>
<p>You are doing fine but maybe could do with a little bit more information. You can find lots of info on line to help you understand how to go about it.</p>
<p>But in summary:<br />
Small amount of protein at each meal.<br />
Salad at lunch<br />
Steam veggies at dinner<br />
Snack on fruit &#8211; 2 &#8211; 3 a day, raw nuts 8 &#8211; 10 a day, or low fat plain yogurt.<br />
Have some healthy fat &#8211; olive oil, nuts (above), avocado, hummus.<br />
Limit grains to whole wheat, brown rice ( well done) and watch the serving size.<br />
Enjoy your little treats of choccy &#8211; esp dark organic once a week &#8211; we call it &quot;Freeday Friday&quot; but it is not a pig out it is just a little something.<br />
How about tomato and avo on your toast.<br />
And lastly stay away from diet sodas &#8211; they may make you get the sweet cravings.<br />
Otherwise love your body and it will love you back <img src='http://brownfatreview.com/blog1/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://i.ytimg.com/vi/XF2uvYsDOqY/2.jpg" align="left">In this Induction-friendly recipe video, I demonstrate one of the most versatile side dishes or main dishes on the Low Carb lifestyle.  From Chinese main meal or accompaniment to an Italian replacement for pasta, this faux rice recipe is versatile to say the least.  Note: for the Italian alternative, I would eliminate the Chinese flavorings (Soy Sauce, meat, sesame oil, and egg) in favor of more garlic and Italian seasoning and spices.  For Induction, you are limited to 1 cup of Cauliflower per day.<br />
This recipe was developed from the original at Linda&#8217;s Low Carb recipe site. (http://genaw.com/lowcarb/fried_rice.html)</p>
<p>Here is the ingredients:<br />
2 TBS Cooking oil<br />
4 slices Bacon<br />
1 Medium Size head of Cauliflower (~2 pounds), grated<br />
2 cloves garlic, minced<br />
4 oz of Ham<br />
1/3 cup soy sauce<br />
1 tsp sesame oil<br />
1 egg, beaten<br />
4 green onions, chopped<br />
Black Pepper to taste</p>
<p>* Heat the oil and bacon in large skillet until bacon is slightly browned.<br />
* Grate Cauliflower in Food Processor<br />
* Add Cauliflower, Ham, and Garlic and cook until the cauliflower begins to stick (internal water is evaporated) and getting browned<br />
* Add Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil, heat for 1-2 minutes<br />
* Drag Cauliflower to half of the pan<br />
* Cook beaten egg until scrambled, and mix with Cauliflower mixture.<br />
* Add Green Onion, and Pepper to taste<br />
* Cook 4-5 more minutes</p>
