How to prepare and cook Healthy Recipes:
Coconut is a highly nutritious food that can be very beneficial in a gluten free kitchen. Coconut is naturally gluten free, contains healthy oil, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
My Coconut Macaroons are made of 3 simple ingredients: coconut flakes, honey, and egg whites. So simple you could make them at home. Perfect for those short on time in the kitchen!
Basic Macaroons:
3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
6 egg whites
3/4 cup or honey
pinch of salt
optional:
add 1/4 cup (blueberries, cranberries, almonds, raisins)
Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray and preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix the coconut, honey, and egg whites in a large bowl. Stir in any add-ins you want to use, blueberries, cranberries, almonds, raisins. Spoon onto the cookie sheet in little balls and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

Get in Shape! A great new years resolution.
People spend hundreds of millions of dollars buying gym memberships and fitness equipment this time of year in preparation for their new years resolutions but you dont have to. Getting in shape doesnt require money, just knowledge and dedication and this video will put you on the road to fitness.
In this video I will show you how to achieve your new years resolution of losing weight and getting stronger with a simple 30 minute home workout. This video assumes that you have no experience with fitness or weightlifting so dont worry, we are not going to use any intimidating equipment. You will feel better and have more energy after your very first workout!
OK, now for our workout, there are only three exercises – crunches for abs, pushups for chest, shoulders and triceps, and pullups for lats and biceps. And dont worry, if you cant do a single pushup or pullup I will show you how you can get started and build up your strength. This workout is for everyone, no matter how out of shape you are. You probably did these three exercises back in PE as a kid, but I’m going to show you how to do them correctly so you dont get injured.
On Monday/Wednesday/Friday do 15 minutes of cardio and this 15 minute workout. On the other four days of the week, do 30 minutes of cardio.

Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

This is Day 4 of a daily blog/vlog of a program I put together to lose 15lbs in 3 weeks.
The body burns fat 3 times faster when incorporating strength training into the program. For breakfast on:
Day 4 I had a 2 egg whites, some turkey bacon and a whole wheat waffle. For lunch I had fish sandwich and for dinner I had lean steak and brown rice.
For my two snacks I had a few a banana, some crackers, and a protein drink. I usually toggle back and forth between water and gatorade when replenishing the loss electrolytes in the body.
NOTE: It’s very important to eat according to your body type and weight, NOT MINE. Calorie intake should be as follows. Multiply your body weight time 10 and that’s the amount of calories you should intake to maintain a certain weight. for example if your goal is to be 120lbs you you should only eat 1,200 calories a day. Now this does not factor in the extra calories needed for daily energy exertion. for more on this “google it!”

Rachel Ray has gained a huge following for her 30 Minute Meals and $40 a Day programs. In each episode of $40 a Day, Ray undertakes a mini-vacation to an American or European city with 40 U.S. bucks in her pocket to spend on food. She talks to locals wherever she goes and gets recommendations for places to get 3 good meals and an after dinner snack on her small budget.
Good Eats
Alton Brown entertains his Good Eats audience with a mixture of science, cooking and humor. Brown has been compared to the likes of science educators, Mr. Wizard and Bill Nye as he explores the science behind the culinary arts. The show which can be seen via a satellite tv service also focuses on choosing the best appliances and inexpensive tools to get the most out of a cooking experience.
Satellite Television
Without the invention of satellite television The Food Networks popularity will be much less than it currently is and thanks to Satellite TV viewers from around the world can view The Food Network.

This soup is delicious and super filling over brown rice as shown in the video. It is also good alone with a dollop of low fat sour cream or topped with low fat sharp cheddar cheese. I divide it up into one cup serving size; place it into zip loc freezer bags and freeze. It thaws out well and is good.
